Downlink (Subframe Type) (802.16 OFDMA)

Menu Path: MeasSetup > IEEE 802.16 OFDMA Demod Properties > Format tab

Downlink Subframe Type sets the VSA to Downlink analysis mode. The VSA will demodulate and analyze the downlink subframe within the current OFDMA analysis frame. (Applies to both Uniform Zone analysis and Data Burst Analysis modes).

1) When Downlink is selected, all downlink specific demodulation properties will be made active and all Uplink demodulation properties will be made inactive (greyed).

2) To measure the Uplink subframe, set the VSA to Uplink Subframe Type.
