*TST?

Query Response

Description

Runs the instrument self-test, blocking until the test is complete. Return code of 0 indicates a pass, non-zero indicates failure.

If there is a failure, you can use the :SYSTem:TEST query to return the results of the most recent self-test.

You can cancel a running self test using the :SYSTem:TEST:CANCel command.
