Description

Upon completion of limit testing for a limit line test, any function waveform can be automatically saved to one of eight available waveform memory locations. Use this command to associate a specific waveform memory to a specific function waveform. To actually enable function waveforms to be saved, use the :LTESt:LLINe:SWAVeform:FUNCtion{N}:STATe command.

To enable limit testing for a limit line test, use the :LTESt:LLINe:TEST{N}:STATe command.
