PAM Jitter Histogram Commands

Command Syntax

:MEASure:PJITterN:HISTogram:F{10|20|30|21|31|32} {ON | OFF | 1 | 0}

Where N identifies one of four possible PAM jitter analyses {1:4}. For example, PJITter4.

Query Syntax

:MEASure:PJITterN:HISTogram:F{10|20|30|21|31|32}?

Query Response

{1 | 0}

Description

Enables or disables the specified falling edge PAM jitter histogram.

  • F10 — L1 to L0 Histogram
  • F20 — L2 to L0 Histogram
  • F30 — L3 to L0 Histogram
  • F21 — L2 to L1 Histogram
  • F31 — L3 to L1 Histogram
  • F32 — L3 to L2 Histogram
