PAM Jitter Histogram Commands

Command Syntax

:MEASure:PJITterN:HISTogram:R{01|02|03|12|13|23} {ON | OFF | 1 | 0}

Where N identifies one of four possible PAM jitter analyses {1:4}. For example, PJITter4.

Query Syntax

:MEASure:PJITterN:HISTogram:R{01|02|03|12|13|23}?

Description

Enables or disables the specified rising edge PAM jitter histogram.

  • R01 — L0 to L1 Histogram
  • R02 — L0 to L2 Histogram
  • R03 — L0 to L3 Histogram
  • R12 — L1 to L2 Histogram
  • R13 — L1 to L3 Histogram
  • R23 — L0 to L1 Histogram
