Command Syntax
:NETWorks:DFILeN:FILE:NAME "filename"
Where N identifies one of four {1:4} memories. For example, :NETWorks:DFILe2.

Description
Specifies the file (name, path, and extension) for recalling S-parameters into S-parameter memory. The default source folder is %USER_DATA_DIR%\S-Parameter Data. Use the :NETWorks:DFILe:FILE:LOAD command to actually load the file into memory. Use the query to determine the default S-parameter filename which is suggested based on the number of DUT ports.
