User / Custom Operators

Measurement Trend Operators

For measurements that use all edges in an acquisition, whether required or due to the Measure All selection, you can plot a trend waveform of the measured values. You can perform additional measurements or signal processing on the trend waveform just like you can with other captured waveforms.

Two versions of the Meas Trend operator are available: single- and dual-input waveform versions.

Gating Operator

The Gating operator lets you extract part of a waveform within a region as a separate function waveform. You can perform additional measurements or signal processing on the gated waveform just like you can with other captured waveforms.

Recovered Clock Operator

The Recovered Clock operator lets you display the signal recovered by software clock recovery. You can perform additional measurements or signal processing on the recovered clock waveform just like you can with other captured waveforms.

SNDR Operator

The SNDR operator lets you display pattern average, Linear Fit Pulse Response, pulse corrected pattern average, or pulse corrected error SNDR function waveforms (and specify their scaling).

User-Defined Operators

User-defined operators are custom operators that modify an input waveform. You create these operators using Python, MATLAB, or Compiled MATLAB.

User-defined operators are available in one-, two-, three-, and four-input versions.
