Description

Turns on and off mask test limit testing where the test limit is defined as a specific number of failures for any mask region (standard or margin). If however, you want to devine very specific test limits for the different values reported in the Mask Test table, use the :LTESt:MEASure:MTESt:LOCation:STATe command.
