Command Syntax

Only use the query form of this command. Refer to the description below for more information.

Query Syntax

:MEASure:JITTer:POJitter:JHRMs:SOURce?

Description

Because Jitter mode can only have one source waveform, there is no selection to make by sending :SOURce. Use the :SOURce? query to identify the measurement's source waveform. If you want to change Jitter mode's source waveform, send one of the following commands:

:CHANnel{1A:8D}:DISPlay ON
:DIFF{1A:8C}:DISPlay ON
:FUNCtion{1:16}:DISPlay ON
:JMEMory1:DISPlay ON

You must follow the command with an autoscale as shown in the following example:

:CHANnel2B:DISPlay ON
:SYSTem:AUToscale
:*OPC?

To return the measurement result, use the :MEASure:JITTer:POJitter:JHRMs command.
