Command Syntax

:MEASure:OSCilloscope:JITTer:FORMat {PP | RMS}

Description

Select the format for oscilloscope-mode jitter measurement: JitterRMS or JitterPP (peak-to-peak). Use the :MEASure:OSCilloscope:JITTer command to perform the measurement.
