Description

For the Time-at-Edge measurement, specifies the edge direction used to identify the waveform's edge: rising or falling. To specify the edge number, use the :TDR:TEDGe:NUMBer command. To specify the edge threshold, use the :TDR:TEDGe:THReshold command.

Requires FlexDCA revision A.04.00 and above.
