Command Syntax

:REPository:DUT:SERial <DUT_serial_number>

Where <DUT_serial_number> is a string. For example, "US00123456".

Description

Labels the published data as being measured from a Device Under Test (DUT) with a specific serial numbere. In the N8844A, this label is a property on which you can filter your data. For example, if you publish multiple Fall Time measurements from five different DUTs, you can view a scatter plot that groups the measurements according to the DUT serial numbers. The default value is "unspecified".
