In Oscilloscope Mode, the Waveform Memory subsystem commands allow you to store and display single-valued waveforms using one of eight waveform memories and to recall waveform files into memory.

Single-valued waveforms represent a signal in which every horizontal acquisition point has associated with it one and only one amplitude value. In contrast, an eye diagram is displayed by measuring and displaying multiple amplitude values for each horizontal acquisition point. Single-valued waveforms are captured and viewed in Oscilloscope Mode.

You can load waveform data into waveform memory from a file, channel, differential, color-grade memory, or function. To save a Waveform data to a file, use the :DISK:WAVeform:SAVE command.
