This message is related to the clock recovery Loop Bandwidth Tuning feature. This message is shown when FlexDCA cannot successfully complete loop bandwidth tuning. The (details) portion of the message contains more information about the issue. Causes for unsuccessful loop bandwidth tuning include an input signal that is degraded or has low power amplitude, or a loop bandwidth setting that is too high.
