Description

The indicated plug-in module is exhibiting symptoms of an internal failure. Try removing the module and reinstalling it. With your fingers, apply pressure the top of the module's faceplate while hand tightning the front-panel module locking screws. Cycle power on the 86100D, and contact Keysight if the module still indicates an error.
