Specify pattern for equalizers and jitter mode

The F-SKP feature provides the ability to specify the pattern for jitter mode and for the following waveform signal processing equalizers:
- Jitter Mode setup
- Decision Feedback Equalizer
- Linear Feed Forward Equalizer
- TDECQ Reference Equalizer
You can specify a known pattern (NRZ or PAM4) or load a specific pattern file.
