Antenna (x) CDP Trace Data (W-CDMA(3GPP)/HSPA)
The Antenna (x) CDP (Code Domain Power) and Antenna (x) CDE (Code Domain Error) are the trace data results for either the composite signal or for a specified code layer, where "x" is the measurement Antenna number. Code Domain Power (CDP) is an analysis of the distribution of signal power across the set of Code Channels normalized to the total signal power.
-
CDP Composite Trace Data: This is the CDP (Code Domain Power) and CDE (Code Domain Error) trace data results for the composite signal. Composite trace data results are derived from data for the total signal. This includes the combined data from all Spread Code Lengths (or Symbol Rates) and Code Numbers.
-
CDP Layer Trace Data: This is the CDP (Code Domain Power) and CDE (Code Domain Error) trace data results for a specified code layer. You use the CDP Layer
drop-down list to specify the code layer ( ).View CDP as absolute power by clearing the
check box ( ).
MIMO Measurement (Downlink only)
CDP and CDE trace data for more than 1 antenna are only available for MIMO Multiple Input, Multiple Output: A physical layer (PHY) configuration in which both transmitter and receiver use multiple antennas. Antenna (x) in the measurement (Antenna 1, Antenna 2 ... Antenna (x)).

The data is shown in a multi-color format that assigns a unique color to each code layer and related active Spread Code Length). The colors are also user definable (see Display Preferences > Color tab).

This makes it easy to visually identify and distinguish the active Code Channels for a given code layer (For CDP and CDE trace data displays with separate I/Q channel trace bars, position the Marker to the desired Code Layer/Channel bar by clicking in close proximity to the vertical bar that indicates the value of the
