:ACQuire:STATe?

Description

When :ACQuire:SRATe:AUTO OFF, the command lets you manually specify the acquisition sample rate in samples per second (Sa/s).

Whether the :ACQuire:SRATe:AUTO is OFF or ON, the query returns the sample rate that has been manually set or automatically determined.

The :ACQuire:STATe? query returns the run state:

  • RUN — The oscilloscope is acquiring and displaying new waveforms.
  • STOP — The oscilloscope is no longer acquiring new waveforms.
  • SING — A single acquisition has been started and the oscilloscope is waiting for the trigger condition to be met.

These are the same run states displayed on the front panel and in the user interface.
