Command Syntax

:LTESt:ACQuire:SWAVeform:CHANnel{N}:STATe {DISK | MEMory | OFF}

CHANnel{N} identifies the channel as in CHANnel1_1, CHANnel1_2, …, CHANnel8_8.

Description

Saves a channel waveform to a file or memory after the limit test acquires the specified number of waveforms, samples, or patterns. Use the :LTESt:ACQuire:CTYPe command and its child commands to specify the test conditions required to end the test. To enable or disable acquisition limit tests, use the :LTESt:ACQuire:STATe command. The following command arguments are available:

DISK
Saves the waveform to a file. Use the :LTESt:ACQuire:SWAVeform:CHANnel{N}:FNAMe command to specify the file name.
MEMory
Saves the waveform to a memory location. Use the :LTESt:ACQuire:SWAVeform:CHANnel{N}:FNAMe command to specify the memory location.
OFF
Turns off the saving of a channel waveform.
