:LTESt Measurement Setup Commands

Command Syntax

:LTESt:MEASure:MLIMitN:CFMargin <pct_margin>

Where N identifies one of sixteen {1:16} limit tests.

<pct_margin> is a double.

Query Syntax

:LTESt:MEASure:MLIMitN:CFMargin?

Description

When copying the lower and upper measurement limits from the current measurement results (see :LTESt:MEASure:MLIMit:CFResults), this command specifies the percent margin that is applied to the measurement results before being copied to the lower and upper limits.

If the % margin is set to 0%, the minimum and maximum values are copied exactly to the limits, increasing the likelihood of a failure.

Setting a % margin decreases the minimum limit and increases the maximum limit by the entered percentage of the measurement result Range (Max - Min).
