:LTESt Measurement Setup Commands

Command Syntax

:LTESt:MEASure:MLIMitN:ULIMit <limit>

Where N identifies one of sixteen {1:16} limit tests. For example, :MLIMit8.

Query Syntax

:LTESt:MEASure:MLIMitN:ULIMit?

Description

Defines the upper limit for a measurement limit test. For example, if you chose to measure peak-to-peak amplitude and want the upper limit to be 100 mV, you could set the lower limit to 0.1 and then set the limit test to fail when the signal is outside the specified limit. Use the :LTESt:MEASure:MLIMit:STATe sibling command to start the limit test.
