:LTESt Measurement Setup Commands

Command Syntax

:LTESt:MEASure:MLIMitN:CFResults

Where N identifies one of sixteen {1:16} limit tests.

Description

If there are measurement results, send this command to copy the measurement results' Min and Max values, minus or plus, respectively, the specified % margin (see :LTESt:MEASure:MLIMit:CFMargin), to the Lower Limit and Upper Limit fields.

Before performing the copy, make sure the measurement count is sufficient to yield reasonable Min and Max values.

Otherwise, lower and upper limits are specified using the :LTESt:MEASure:MLIMit:LLIMit and :LTESt:MEASure:MLIMit:ULIMit commands.
