:LTESt Measurement Setup Commands

Command Syntax

:LTESt:MEASure:MLIMitN:FREGion {INSide | OUTSide}

Where N identifies one of sixteen {1:16} limit tests.

Query Syntax

:LTESt:MEASure:MLIMitN:FREGion?

Description

Defines when to fail a measurement limit test. Use one of the following arguments:

INSide
A measurement is counted as a failure if it is within the lower and upper limits, which are set by the :LTESt:MEASure:MLIMit:LLIMit and :LTESt:MEASure:MLIMit:ULIMit sibling commands.
OUTSide
A measurement is counted as a failure when the measurement results exceed the parameters set by :LTESt:MEASure:MLIMit:LLIMit and :LTESt:MEASure:MLIMit:ULIMit sibling commands

Use the :LTESt:MEASure:MLIMit:STATe sibling command to start the limit test.

Example

:LTESt:MEASure:MLIMit2:FREGion INSide  //  Limit test 2 fails for inside violations.
