:LTESt Mask Limit Commands

Command Syntax

:LTESt:MTESt:SWAVeform:CHANnel{N}:STATe {DISK | MEMory | OFF}

CHANnel{N} identifies the channel as in CHANnel1_1, CHANnel1_2, …, CHANnel8_8.

Query Syntax

:LTESt:MTESt:SWAVeform:CHANnel{N}:STATe?

Query Response

{DISK | MEM | OFF}

Description

Saves a channel waveform to a file after the mask limit test acquires the specified number of failures. Use the :LTESt:MTESt:SWAVeform:CHANnel{N}:FNAMe command to specify the file name.
