Description
For the measurement specified by index ITEM{N} and its Std Dev results value returned by :MEASure:LIST:ITEM{N}:SDEViation?, this query returns the status of the Std Dev results value.
Use the :MEASure:LIST:ITEM{N}:SDEViation:STATus:REASon? child query to determine the reason for an invalid or questionable measurement.
