Description
Queries the status of the measurement selected by index ITEM{N}.
Use the :MEASure:LIST:ITEM{N}:STATus:REASon? child query to determine the reason for an invalid or questionable measurement.
Additional information about an invalid or questionable measurement may be available using the :MEASure:LIST:ITEM{N}:STATus:DETails? child query.
