Simultaneous Services

Overview
Simultaneous services provides the capability to simultaneously support a circuit switched (CS) AMR voice connection and packet switched (PS) data connection. When simultaneous services is active the Current Service Type becomes AMR Voice + PS Data and the Active Cell Connection State becomes Connected/PDP Active .
Important things to Consider
- The test set only supports simultaneous services when the GPRS Radio Access Bearer is set to one of the following configurations:

Compressed Mode must be disabled in order to transition from a single service to simultaneous services, or vice versa. This setting can be enabled or disabled while simultaneous services is active.

Offin order to transition from single service to simultaneous services. This setting can be enabled or disabled while simultaneous services is active.
