Query Syntax
:CALibrate:CHANnelN:STATus:DTEMperature?
Where N identifies a specific channel and must be selected from {1:8}{A|B|C|D}. For example, CHANnel3C.
Description
Queries the change in the channel's temperature (°C) from the time when the last channel calibration was performed on the indicated channel. For N1045A, N1055A, and 86118A remote heads, the returned value represents the temperature change in the romote head. If a calibration has not yet been performed, a value of NaA (9.91E+37) is returned. A calibration should be performed if the change in 86100D temperature exceeds ±5°C. Use the :CALibrate:CHAN:ENABled command to enable a channel calibration.
