:GRAPh:T:OHMS:X:UNITs
Command Syntax
:GRAPh:T:OHMS{1:4}:X:UNITs {SECond | METer}
Where the {1:4} specifier identifies one of four waveform content windows.
Query Syntax
:GRAPh:T:OHMS{1:4}:X:UNITs?
Description
For the specified Time-Ohms waveform content window, sets the X-axis units to be either time (seconds) or distance (meters). When meters are selected, you can accurately scale the X-axis distance for the velocity of propagation through the DUT path. This can be accomplished by entering either the DUT's Velocity Factor (:VFACtor sibling command) or Dielectric Constant (εr) (:DCONstant sibling command). Defining the X-axis in meters allows you to directly measure the cable and trace lengths or correlate the impedance of discontinuities with physical structures such as connectors and vias.
If you save a Time-Ohms waveform to a file, the file's X-axis units will be the same as the displayed graph. When the file is recalled into a waveform memory, it can only be displayed in a Time-Ohms graph that has the same X-axis units as defined in the file. The default setting is time (seconds).
TDR/TDT mode's T-parameter responses are the source of Time-Ohms waveforms.
