Command Syntax

:LTESt:MEASure:OSCilloscope:LOCation{1:32}:LLIMit <limit>

<limit> is a double.

Query Syntax

:LTESt:MEASure:OSCilloscope:LOCation{1:32}:LLIMit?

Description

Defines the lower limit for a oscilloscope measurement limit test in Oscilloscope mode. For example, if you chose to measure peak-peak amplitude and want the smallest acceptable signal swing to be one volt, you could set the lower limit to 1.0 and then set the limit test to fail when the signal is outside the specified limit.

The oscilloscope measurement is identified by a number, from 1 to 32, that is appended to the :LOCation portion of the command. Refer to the :MEASure:OSCilloscope:LOCation:STATe command to learn how to identify the measurement and to turn the measurement limit test on or off. Use the following sibling commands to configure the measurement:

  • :FAILures defines the number of failures for stopping a limit test
  • :FREGion selects when to fail a measurement
  • :ULIMit defines the upper limit for failing a measurement
  • :UPACtion selects an action if the measurement cannot be performed
