Description
Defines the upper limit for a oscilloscope measurement limit test in Oscilloscope mode. For example, if you chose to measure peak-peak amplitude and want the largest acceptable signal swing to be one volt, you could set the upper limit to 1.0 and then set the limit test to fail when the signal is outside the specified limit.
The oscilloscope measurement is identified by a number, from 1 to 32, that is appended to the :LOCation
portion of the command. Refer to the :MEASure:OSCilloscope:LOCation:STATe command to learn how to identify the measurement and to turn the measurement limit test on or off. Use the following sibling commands to configure the limit test:
