Description

Queries the status of the JSA total jitter TJ (rms) measurement. Use the :STATus:REASon? child query to determine the reason for an invalid or questionable measurement. Additional information about the failure may be available using the :STATus:DETails? child query.

Requires a module with Option JSA. Jitter Spectrum Analysis and SW Clock Recovery Emulation .
