Query Syntax

:MEASure:JITTer:TJHist:SAMPles?

Description

Queries the number of samples in the histogram that were used to measure TJ. The number of samples returned is affected by the :MEASure:JITTer:DEFine:EDGe command, which selects jitter measurements based on rising edges, fallingedges, or both edges. For data signals, all edges are included by default. For clock signals, only rising edges are used by default.

If the measurement is unsuccessful, 9.91E+37 (NaN) is returned.
