:CALibrate:MODule:PTIMebase:STATus:DTEMperature? "<DCA-M-module-name>"

Where <DCA-M-module-name> is the name that identifies an N1093A/B module on the Hardware Diagram. The name is the combination of the <model number>-<serial number>. For example, "N1093B-US12345678".

Description

Queries the change in an N1093A/B DCA-M's temperature from the time when the last precision timebase calibration was performed. If a calibration has not yet been performed, a value of NaA (9.91E+37) is returned. A calibration should be performed if the change in DCA-M's temperature exceeds ±5°C.
