:CRECovery:RELock
Command Syntax
:CRECovery:RELock
Description
Locks the FlexPLL Receiver's clock recovery module to the clock input (output of DUT). A receiver module can be an N1060A module or an N107x-series DCA-M. During a FlexPLL response calibration, the receiver module does not need to be locked. After a response calibration completes, the informational dialog is dismissed, and the DUT is connected in the test setup, FlexPLL automatically locks the module's clock recovery. Send this command if the lock has not occurred or is lost.
To determine if this command has completed, use the :CRECovery:LOCKed?
query.
How do you identify the module's slot number location?
In FlexDCA, the slot number is added to the subsystem name. For example, :CRECovery2:CRATe
. In FlexPLL, the slot number is specified using the :RDCA:CRECovery:SLOT
command. The slot number is not used in the command. For example, :CRECovery:CRATe
. From the GUI, enter the slot number in the DCA CDR Location field of the Receiver Setup dialog.
FlexPLL controls the receiver's clock recover settings including input source selection (single-ended channel or differential), symbol rate, loop bandwidth, and automatic loop select. Always configure these settings in the Receiver Setup dialog or by FlexPLL's commands. Do not set these settings in FlexDCA for the module. If you want to directly configure settings that are not under FlexPLL control, you must disconnect FlexPLL from the remote DCA, change FlexDCA setting for the module, and then reconnect FlexPLL to the remote DCA.
