Query Syntax

:MHIStogramN:POINts?

Where N identifies one of four possible measurement histograms {1:4}. For example, :MHIStogram3.

Description

Returns the number of bins in the measurement histogram.

Use the :MHIStogram:INCRement? query to return the width of each bin in the measurement histogram.

To return the number of measurement results in each bin, use the :MHIStogram:ASCii:DATA? or :MHIStogram:INTeger:DATA? queries.
