Query Syntax

:SYSTem:OPTions? [{FRAMe | CONNection{1:8}}]

Returns a list of all installed option strings for the oscilloscope. Multiple values are comma separated.

FRAMe: Specifies a list of all hardware options and software licenses installed on the oscilloscope. This same list can be returned by the *OPT? common query. This is the default argument if no argument is provided. The following is an example of a returned option string: "ETR, 200, 201, 202, 300, SIM, 500".
CONNection{1:4}: Specifies a list of all options installed in the selected oscilloscope. For a two-connection instrument installed at connections 1 and 2, specify CONNection1. For a two-connection instrument installed at connections 3 and 4, specify CONNection3. For the 86108A four-connection instrument, specify CONNection1. Specifying an invalid connection for a given type of module results in the string "Not Present" being returned. The following is an example of a returned option string for an 83496B clock-recovery module: "101,200".
