Description
Returns the status of the calibration for a N1000A's internal precision timebase. Use the :DETails, :CALibrate:FRAMe:PTIMebase:STATus:DTEMperature, and :CALibrate:FRAMe:PTIMebase:STATus:TIME child commands to return detailed information about the calibration status. Use the :CALibrate:FRAME:PTIMebase:STARt command to calibrate the internal precision timebase.
Requires FlexDCA revision A.03.00 and above and an N1000A-PTB instrument, which includes an internal precision timebase.
