Command Syntax

:LTESt:MTESt:MRESult{1:16}:FAILures <failures>

Where {1:16} identifies the specific mask for which to apply the limit test.

Where <failures> is an int.

Query Syntax

:LTESt:MTESt:MRESult{1:16}:FAILures?

Description

Specifies the number of total mask violations (failures) required to stop a mask limit test. To enable or disable mask limit tests, use the :LTESt:MTESt:MRESult:STATe command.

Requires FlexDCA revision A.03.00 and above.
