Command Syntax

:MEASure:EYE:JITTer:FORMat  {PP | RMS}

Query Syntax

:MEASure:EYE:JITTer:FORMat?

Description

Selects the format of the :JITTer measurement: peak-to-peak or RMS. Set the format before turning the measurement on. Jitterp-p is equal to the full width of the histogram at the eye crossing point.

JitterRMS is defined as 1σ (standard deviation) of the crossing point histogram.
