Where N identifies one of 64 {1:64} possible limit line tests. For example, :LLINe23.

The measurement result is correct.

The measurement result is questionable.

Description

Queries the status of the :LLINe:MARGin? measurement for a Limit Line Test. Use the :STATus:REASon? child query to determine the reason for an invalid or questionable measurement.
