Where <model number> is the feature/model number string that identifies a Manufacturing , Research and Development , or Signal Integrity package license.

Description

For the specified license package model number, returns software support expiration date in the form "year,month,day". For example, "2018,7,1". This is the date that the current licenses expires. This string is located inside the package license file and is listed in the following table.
