License Service(s) Unavailable
The License Service(s) Unavailable dialog is displayed whenever the License Manager Application or the PathWave License Manager Application is unable to cannot service licenses. The content of this dialog differs depending on the nature of the problem. Often, one of the following FlexDCA error messages is displayed:
- 164. The PathWave License Service is still initializing. This can take a few minutes.
- 165. PathWave License Service Error
Try these steps to resolve the situation.
- Try accessing a licensed feature after waiting more than 90 seconds after windows starts for the PathWave license service to initialize. The Pathwave license service may still be initializing.
