Time at Min
The Time at Min is a measure of the time at which the first data sample with the minimum waveform level first occurs. The measurement can be restricted to a measurement region. Time at Min is position independent. Therefore, the instrument uses the entire waveform on the display graticule to determine the minimum signal level. An annotation label is placed at the result.
In TDR/TDT mode, the measurement can be performed on any waveform that is displayed in one of the following content windows:
- Waveform
- Time-Ohms
- Time-Volts
- Time-%
