Sync Search Length (RFID)

Default:  1 mSec (See RFID Standard Setups/Presets Table)

Range:  0 to Acquisition Length

The Sync Search Length text box sets the sync search measurement interval in seconds. (Since it is difficult to specify measurement interval using Bits or Tari when PIE is selected in ASK mode, the units are in seconds.)

The Sync Search Length text box becomes active when Burst Search is set to Off.

It generally does not make sense to do a sync search over the entire acquired time data because a typical RFID signal typically contains multiple bursts with potentially different modulation formats.

When Burst Search is off, the Sync Search Offset parameter specifies where to start the sync search (offset from the start of the acquired data) and the Sync Search Length parameter specifies the length of the sync search.
