:CHANnel EYE Commands

Command Syntax

:CHANnelN:EYE:WINDow:WIDTh<percent>

Where N identifies a specific channel in the form "<connection1-8>_<ch1-8>". With connection 1, the connection number part (that is, "1_") is optional, and you can simply use the channel number "<ch1-8>". For example, connection 4 channel 2 is CHANnel4_2.

<percent> is a double.

Description

MEASUREMENTS AFFECTED

Infiniium uses the eye boundaries during these measurements:

  • Eye Amplitude
  • Crossing %
  • Duty-Cycle Distortion
  • Eye Height
  • Signal to Noise Ratio
  • One Level
  • Zero Level

When the "At Clock Time" eye window determination method is selected (see :CHANnel:EYE:WINDow:METHod), this command specifies the UI percentage width about the recovered clock location to use as the eye window. A zero percent for this setting means only the recovered clock location is used.

This command is equivalent to the settings in the Eye tab of the Configure Measurements dialog box.
