Query Syntax
:CALibrate:DARK:CHANnelN:STATus:DTEMperature?
Where N identifies a specific channel and must be selected from {1:8}{A|B|C|D}. For example, CHANnel3C.
Description
Queries the 86100D's change in temperature from the time when the last dark calibration was performed on the indicated channel. If a calibration has not yet been performed, a value of NaA (9.91E+37) is returned. A calibration should be performed if the change in 86100D temperature exceeds ±5°C. Use the CHANnel{N}:STARt command to start a dark calibration.
