Query Syntax

:CALibrate:SKEW:SLOT{1:8}:STATus:DTEMperature?

Where the required specifier {1:8} identifies a specific module by slot number. For a module that occupies multiple slots, use the module's left-most slot number to identify the module. For two-slot modules, the slot number would be 1 or 3. For four-slot modules like the 86108B, the slot number would be 1.

Description

Queries the N1000A's change in temperature from the time when the last skew was performed. If a calibration has not yet been performed, a value of NaA (9.91E+37) is returned. A calibration should be performed if the change in N1000A temperature exceeds ±5°C. Use the :SKEW:SLOT:STARt command to start a calibration.
