Description

Selects to save a screen image to a file after the specified number of measurement failures stops the limit test. You specify the number of failures required for each individual measurement using the :LTESt:MEASure:<mode>:LOCation:FAILures child command. For example,

:LTESt:MEASure:EYE:LOCation3:FAILures
