Command Syntax

:MEASure:JITTer:POJitter:STATe {ON | OFF | 1 | 0}

Description

Sending ON activates the following Phase-Only Jitter measurements for PAM4 signals. You can use these commands to query the measurement results based on all edges or specific edges.

• JH4u (:MEASure:JITTer:POJitter:JH4u)
• JHrms (:MEASure:JITTer:POJitter:JHrms)

Activating these commands displays the measurement results in the Timing Jitter panel and displays the Raw RJ/PJ Histogram. Selecting the histogram to be displayed does not affect the measurement results shown in the panel or returned by the commands. Sending OFF turns off all Phase-Only Jitter measurements. To include the Timing Jitter panel results in the documentation wizard, use the :DISK:DWIZard:POJitter:SDATa command.

Always follow this command with the :SYSTem:AUToscale and *OPC? command to start the measurements.
